Does the gift card automatically sign you up to a subscription?
No! Customers purchasing a Gousto box using a gift card will not be signed up to a subscription.
Can I bulk purchase gift cards for my business, organisation, charity, etc?
Yes, you can submit an enquiry for a bulk order using our handy form.
Do I have to have a Gousto subscription to purchase/redeem a gift card?
No, both new and existing customers can purchase and redeem the gift cards. Here’s how to purchase a gift card.
To redeem a gift card please follow the steps in the gift card email.
I have redeemed a gift card and have credit left on my account, what do I do now?
Unfortunately, a gift card can only be used once and any remaining credit will not be carried over. We suggest you add an additional recipe or upgrade to a large box to make the most of your tasty gift!
When will the person i am sending the gift card receive it?
Your friend will receive an email notification with their gift and redemption instructions within 2 working days. If they haven’t received an email, please drop us a line at +44 (0) 1799 243020.
Do I have to buy a box immediately after I receive my gift card?
No, you have 3 months from receiving your gift card to claim your Gousto box.
Why are my credit card details needed if I am just redeeming my gift?
Your credit card details are required to prevent fraud and verify your account. You are also able to add premium recipes and Gousto Market items (for example, dessert or wine) to your order, which will not be covered by your gift card.
Will I receive an email confirmation when I purchase a gift card?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email following your purchase.
