Do I have to register to use DigiiStore?
To make a purchase, you must have an account with DigiiStore. This can easily be done during at any time before a purchase is made, including at the checkout. Importantly, signing up makes you eligible for DigiiPoints, which can be redeemed for money off future purchases.
What if I haven’t received my order?
For digital codes, you can expect it in either your inbox or the inbox of your recipient immediately after payment has been accepted. If your code is being sent as a physical gift, please refer to the delivery information you made when you placed your order. If for any reason your code is not received with 2 working days, please contact us.
What if my code doesn’t work?
In the event of your code not working or not appearing in the correct box, please check at the bottom of your email. We include the raw text containing your product in case of any design issues. If this does not entirely match what is displayed inside the designated spot for the code, please use the one lower down on the page.
If your code still does not work for any reason, please contact us. Please note that all codes are for one-time redemption only.
Where can I view my previous orders?
Click onto “MY ACCOUNT” to see your order history tab, located on the left. Here, you will find a record of your previous transactions made with DigiiStore.
How can I Redeem my code?

What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any codes once they are issued.
If we are contacted before payment is approved and the transaction is requested to be cancelled, we will be able to terminate the order.

When do the codes expire?
All codes will expire from 2 years after they are purchased, unless stated otherwise.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by most debit and credit cards, which can be made through our payment gateway, FirstData.
What are DigiiPoints?
DigiiPoints are DigiiStore’s loyalty program. On qualifying purchases, you will receive DigiiPoints that will be redeemable against your future purchases from DigiiStore.
Where can I view my DigiiPoints balance?
Your DigiiPoints are shown on a handy counter on the top right of the website when you are logged in. If you require more information regarding DigiiPoints, please go to the ‘DigiiPoints’ tab on the left.
When do DigiiPoints expire?
Your DigiiPoints will last as long as you continue to use your DigiiStore account. If your account is inactive for 3 years then your account will be closed and your points will be cancelled.
